In a world increasingly in need of kindness, understanding, and inner resilience, cultivating compassion is more vital than ever. The Cognitively-Based Compassion Training (CBCT) is a powerful program that combines ancient wisdom with modern scientific insights from psychology and neuroscience to help us develop heartfelt compassion and emotional resilience. Designed to be accessible to all, CBCT offers practical tools to deepen our capacity for kindness, self-awareness, and meaningful connection.
Aim of the Training
This 8-week online program aims to equip participants across Africa with skills in mindfulness, self-compassion, and empathetic understanding. Through guided practices and reflective exercises, the training seeks to foster personal growth, improve interpersonal relationships, and cultivate compassionate communities.
