eCPR – Emotional CPR

8 SEPT – 9 SEPT 2025

Emotional CPR (eCPR) is a groundbreaking, evidence-based public health program designed to equip you with the skills to assist individuals navigating emotional crises. This two-day in-person training immerses you in deep listening and respectful interaction, enabling you to create a supportive environment for those in distress.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Connecting: Develop the art of deep listening—using your eyes, ears, and heart—to foster open communication and create a safe space.
  • emPowering: Learn how to support individuals in uncovering their passion and purpose while embracing the uncertainty inherent in their experiences.
  • Revitalizing: Discover pathways to support people’s reconnecting with their authentic selves, facilitating a renewed sense of meaning and belonging.

This training is ideal for anyone wishing to enhance their emotional support skills—whether you are a Healthcare provider/professional, educator, law enforcement personnel, clergyman, or simply passionate about supporting people through tough times.

Why Choose eCPR Training?

eCPR provides participants with invaluable tools and insights from real-life scenarios, step-by-step interactive approaches, and engaging activities. Build your confidence in supporting others and contributing to their reintegration into the community.
